Strategic marketing support for agency growth

Laura started LSX Partners because she kept seeing the same gap across every agency and company she worked with: talented teams executing marketing without a dedicated strategist building the plan.

After 15+ years in agency and corporate marketing leadership, she had a front-row seat to a common truth: most small to midsize agencies are built around strong execution, but they don't have a dedicated senior strategist. That role either falls to the agency owner (who's already stretched thin) or gets absorbed by account managers doing their best to fill the gap.

LSX Partners was built to fill that gap.

The "X" in LSX Partners represents the intersection of where your marketing is now and where it could go with the right strategy behind it. It marks the turning point where scattered tactics become a cohesive plan, and where execution without direction becomes execution with purpose.

I help agency teams and select businesses bridge the gap between marketing vision and execution, so they can retain the clients they have, win new ones and grow their own business with confidence.

Meet Laura Seelinger

Laura brings a rare mix of marketing strategy, operational precision and the ability to build trust with agency teams fast.

With more than 15 years of experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition, she's led marketing for companies across industries: Cardinal Health, Libbey, Basic Brands. From legacy manufacturers navigating eCommerce for the first time to fast-moving agency teams with clients across multiple verticals, she's seen the same challenges play out again and again.

Her strength lies in cutting through the noise, spotting the strategic gaps and building plans teams can actually execute. She builds trust quickly with agency teams because she's been on both sides of the table and respects the pace and pressure of agency life.

LSX Partners was built to give agencies and businesses access to the kind of strategic marketing expertise usually reserved for companies with six-figure marketing budgets.

Laura's approach starts with audience intelligence. Before building any strategy, she researches what clients' customers are actually saying, asking and searching for. Using AI tools, community research and competitive analysis, she builds strategy on evidence instead of assumptions from inside the marketing department.

She also brings AI visibility expertise that most agencies aren't staffed for. This space is changing constantly: new platforms, new citation patterns, new optimization tactics. Laura stays on top of it so agency teams don't have to spend unbillable hours keeping up. As customers increasingly use tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI to find information, the strategies she builds account for both traditional search and AI-powered discovery.

Outside of work, you'll usually find her in nature. It's where she finds the same clarity, momentum and fresh perspective she brings to every engagement.

How I work

I believe agencies and businesses deserve senior-level marketing strategy without the six-figure salary. These principles guide how I work: with clarity, precision and a deep commitment to building strategies that actually get executed.

STRATEGY THAT FITS

Every agency and every client is different. I don't bring a one-size-fits-all playbook. I build strategy around your team's strengths, your clients' actual needs and the resources you have to execute.

BUILT TO EXECUTE

A strategy document nobody can act on is worthless. I build briefs and roadmaps your team can actually run with. Clear direction, specific deliverables, realistic timelines.

EMBEDDED, NOT OUTSOURCED

I'm not a consultant who drops a report and disappears. I stay embedded with your team on an ongoing basis. Strategies evolve. New client needs come up. I'm there for it.

RESPECT FOR THE WORK

I've been on both sides: agency and corporate. I know what it takes to keep clients happy while doing great work. I respect the pace, the pressure and the reality of agency life.

What agencies need to know about AI visibility — before their clients ask first

Your clients' customers are no longer just Googling. They're asking ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI — and getting answers without ever clicking through to a website. I speak to marketers about how to audit AI visibility, what authentic content actually requires and the questions clients are already starting to ask their agencies.
